Website information
Accessibility
Suncoast Construction & Loss Consulting, Inc. is committed to making its website and information usable by people with disabilities. We are using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a design and improvement target.
Adjusting text size
The A−, A+, and Reset controls at the top of each page let you choose a text size from 100% to 200% in 25% steps. Enlarged layouts reflow to give the text more room. Your browser’s own zoom controls remain available and are not restricted.
If browser storage is available, your text-size preference is saved locally in this browser so it can follow you between pages. The controls do not transmit that preference or project information to Suncoast or another service.
Current review status
Accessibility work includes readable contrast, structured headings and navigation, skip links, visible keyboard focus, keyboard-operated dialogs, reduced-motion support, and text-enlargement controls.
Our review is ongoing. We have not completed a comprehensive accessibility evaluation or established full WCAG conformance. Mobile visual and assistive-technology testing remain to be completed. Automated and desktop checks cannot identify every barrier.
Documents and alternative formats
The sample owner’s report is available as a web page as well as a PDF download. The PDF has not been verified as fully accessible or as meeting PDF/UA requirements; please use the web version if the download presents a barrier. Report tables can be scrolled within their labeled regions when the available space is narrow.
SAMPLE — FOR ILLUSTRATION PURPOSES ONLY. All project information is fictional.
